The project involves approximately 100 square feet of building renovation, including vinyl siding replacement for 800sf of existing home.
The project responsibilities were to evaluate, design, prepare construction documents and provide a cost estimate for the demolition and reconstruction of approximately 100sf. Provided an environmental cost estimate for asbestos testing and abatement of existing siding at rear porch as well as located a certified environmentalist for project abatement.
