Project Description:
The project involved 100 percent of the total 2,880 s.f. of building renovations.
NPAD’s responsibility was to alter the existing building 1,200 square feet interior restrooms and recreation office space layout. The project was designed to accommodate an increased size of 1,600 square feet of space. The additional space includes a new performance arts stage, equipment storage, secondary building entrance, community and recreation offices. Renovated handicap male and female restrooms were provided to ensure ADA compliance. NPAD aided the client in securing Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) funding in the amount of $200,000 for the project’s construction cost, which is a three-phase construction project.
